The ten/twentyfour project was initiated in 2002 by Regina De Rozario and hosted on her blog, the wrkshy netwrk.

In 2005, ten/twentyfour became a collaborative project managed by Regina and Seah Sze Yunn, a design practitioner. The duo currently share conceptual and curatorial ownership of the project as part of their work as Perception3, an interdisciplinary practice they founded in 2007.
